Beyond The Mother Identity

For years, many of us move through life deeply connected to the roles we carry—mother, caregiver, provider, protector. These roles become so intertwined with our identity that we begin to believe they are who we are.
But what happens when those roles begin to change?
When children grow up, become independent, and need us differently, many parents find themselves face to face with a deeper question:
Who am I beneath the role?
In this episode, we explore the relationship between identity and the roles we carry, how motherhood can become a mirror through which we define ourselves, and what happens when life no longer validates that identity in the same way.
This conversation isn't just about parenthood. It's about the moment we begin questioning the identities we've built our lives around and the invitation to discover who we are underneath them all.
Because perhaps the real journey begins when the role stops answering the question for us.
